When I was small, I thought Mozart was a mispronunciation of Noah's Ark. As you might imagine, music class was very confusing.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about the past and how things from it have made me who I am now. Different things have surfaced, one memory being my very first ever music class.I went to a very Catholic school in kindergarten, so the transition from Catholic school to public elementary school when we moved from Washington DC to Jacksonville North Carolina wasn't completely smooth. No morning prayer, that lack of "God Bless America" in the Pledge of Allegiance, no uniforms.
Also, music class.
Because I'd never had one before, and when the teacher began talking about Mozart, I misheard "Noah's Ark" and spent the next hours completely confused by Classical Music and the lack of zoo animals.
I didn't ask any questions. Instead I spent the day picturing this classical composer creating music while taking care of his Two of Every Kinds, and waiting for the storms to stop.
