Over at the Abundant Artist blog they're having a little contest - draw your greatest fear as an artist as a monster:
My Fear of Failure/Obscurity - which in my mind is kind of the same thing.
I wanted to really illustrate how strangling that feeling can be.
My favorite way to think about failure is to remember the little dude at minute 12:08 in this video. It takes about 2 minutes to see the whole scenario, but it's pretty awesome. It reminds me that failure is nothing to fear. No matter how hard that is to believe sometimes.

Obscurity - I have no reason not to fear that. Scary indeed.
